Interclub is a masters ski racing league amongst clubs on the Niagara Escarpment.
While the fastest individual times of the day are recognized at each race, Interclub is all about the teams. There have been as many as 10 teams in the league, but in recent years there have been six, some of which include racers from more than one club. Our current teams are:
The Interclub season traditionally consists of four regular season races, plus one finals race, held through January and February. The races rotate amongst the hosting clubs, with the the regular season champion of the previous season hosting the finals.
Interclub has a long history of bringing together masters racers from clubs on and around the Escarpment for enthusiastic competition on winter Saturdays, in a unique blend of age group and team racing, followed by some socializing.
We hope that this website will help inform existing and new racers, and record their feats for the future. Interclub is organized by an informal committee of volunteer representatives from participating clubs. They consult with Alpine Ontario, but races aren't sanctioned by Alpine Ontario. This website has been organized by a sub-committee thanks to the support of the league's sponsors but is not the responsibility of the sponsors, the clubs or Alpine Ontario. For more information, send us an email and we'll respond as soon as we can.
